Feb 14, 2017You said you were in the evacuation zone if that is true why are you there? Also If I was a tow operator I would not got into an evacuation zone unless I was directed by emergency services to save life and property.
Now that all that is said I watched a TV show "Highway Through Hell" and they in one situation used airbags to lift a heavy trailer something like that may work and not mess up things or sink.
I am now to your south and every thing here is very wet and muddy, water is coming up through the ground in a spring action and causing issues if one strays off the hard path. If the same there you will need a very large base for the jack if you try to jack it up. Remember heavy duty jack stands if you do go under the MH.
