suburban water heated

I took out burner and burner assembly bracket and cleaned them, Also cleaned out orifice. Replace them and tried to start. Turned on and reset button comes on the blinks and stays on. I think ther is no propane getting to burner, Help
  • There are 2 gas valve 12V solenoids that should read about 40 ohms each. They go open circuit, at least that is what happened in the past.
  • DO you have 12V DC to the t-stats? (Right side RED wires)

DO you get a Spark from Electrode?

DO you hear the gas solenoids 'CLICK' when spark electrode is 'firing'?

As posted...BOTH gas solenoids have to energize and OPEN in order for propane to flow.
But got to have DC Voltage and strong spark
  • I'm guessing since it was working prior to your PM, that your assembly is the issue. Make sure that the burner tube is level across. Even a slight bend will defeat ignition sometimes.
