The 3010 appears to have a good layout for maintaining driving behavior. It has a nice long 220" wheelbase, and the layout looks like weight balance should be OK side to side. It is one of my favorite layouts. If I were going to buy a C, this would be at the top of my list.
Also, having the living entry door near the front means the co-pilot seat can actually recline!
