What is a super c? Is this like a class c camper set on a large truck frame with a diesel?

They are making new ford super c 's using the f-250 platform. I would not buy that rig if had the option, not sure what advantage that platform has really, except for towing of course. My thought is, how does a mechanic service the powerstroke engine (major repair) without the option of lifting the cab off the frame?
