I really like the look of super singles. If you like them for motorhome applications IMHO go for it. I remember when they first were available to truckers and they weren't very well accepted. If you get caught in ice or snow they act like ski's! Any large fishers in the roadway or overlapping asphalt they have a tendency not to follow straight. I also seen a trucker with a heavy load (canned goods) in the truck yard where I worked and he made a very sharp u-turn and the super single tire came off of the rim. I hauled doubles for 44-1/4 years and I had a converter dolly that had two super singles tires and it was so light it was easy to maneuver by hand.
