Folks there is far more damage caused by low voltage brown outs than by surges. Here is a solution:
constant voltage transformer
This will regulate both high and low incoming line voltage. I emailed Sola. The 60 va unit, which would be wonderful for a 30 amp RV, is about $411.00 plus shipping.

I have PI's EMS-HW50. I think it is great. The only problem I see with checking the connection before plugging in and believing you are safe is, that think can change without you knowing it or before you can do something. I am always plugged in when home. One winter during a snow storm at night, a tree fell on my service line to the house. It broke the service line neutral. I lost $10,000 of stuff in the house. The MH was fine. The EMS disconnected from the house because of the open neutral.
This year after being in Mission, TX for the winter, the EMS disconnected from the park service due to low voltage late at night. I just figured it was due to people using heater during the cold night we had. A few day later it did the same thing. I asked the office if they could check my spot. They did, found one side of the breakers bad. Replace breaker and all is good.
The nice thing with PI EMS is you do not have to be around monitoring the system. If something goes wrong it will disconnect you.
I agree, one of my primary concern (in my situation) is low voltage. I can't tell you how many times I woke up without power. When I check the P.I. EMS unit, it shows the low voltage error code.
When that happens, I disconnect, then run my generator. When I start my day / night after the construction site shuts down for the day, I reconnect.
That's the reason I have two units. When my (four / five year old) unit wasn't functioning properly, not wanting to be without protection (the electrician who's on-site verified that the unit wasn't monitoring the incoming power properly). I immediately overnighted a new unit to my location! After speaking to P.I., I sent the other in for warranty repairs. .... Getting old, but it went something like that! ... :B
One is none, and two is one!
