Built a 45 X 43 cement block building with 2ea 14 X 14 steel roll up doors.
Building has 13" thick floor and 4 sided hip roof with peel and stick
under 30 year shingles.
Each coarse of block has steel. Every 6 feet there is vertical rebar back filled. A total of 75 yards of 3K cement was used during construction.
MH is plugged into 50A
Cost was about $30 SQ FT in 2010
Subdivision is RS6 building code
