Sway Bar Upgrade Question on F-53

I have done the Cheap Handling Fix and it works great but was inspecting under motorhome and found my sway bar rubber bushings are getting wore out.

So was wondering if I should upgrade the front and rear sway bar or just the bushings with Road Master Polyurethane Bushing Kit for Ford F-53, has anyone upgraded the sway bars as well and was the ride even better or just stay with the cheap and do the bushings.

    I bought these as well, hardest part of the job was getting the old goohy mess of the old ones off.
