Blue Ox has a good reputation, I have used Roadmaster myself. With the last (2) cars I've towed the Roadmaster base system, IMO, was better engineered, easier to install, and better concealed when not towing.
When I was getting my Fusion ready to tow Blue Ox released their kit before Roadmaster did. After looking at the Blue Ox kit I decided I'd use a tow dolly before I'd hack up my car the way it needed to be to install the Blue Ox kit, and I'm not a fan of a tow dolly even a little.
With that said, sometime in the near future I should probably get my F150 ready to tow. I'll look at both Blue Ox and Roadmaster to see who has which kit I like better this time around.
