I would just make one. Nothing really applicable comes up in a search and the cost will end up being a lot more if you do find it.
By building it yourself, you can determine if one pedestal leg will work best, what diameter it needs to be for stability (don't want it falling over on the kids), etc. You can also select your preferred material for the top.
