Tank monitor lights 96 Bounder

Hi guys I just bought a 96 Bounder 34j with 11k last night. I noticed when checking the waste tanks the E light shows up but nothing happens for LP or fresh water. Does anyone have any ideas on what that could be?

Thanks!
  • No lights at all? My guess would be a crack or broken connection on the monitor panel circuit board. They aren't terribly complicated circuits as electronics go; someone with a little relevant experience could probably troubleshoot and repair (if that's the problem) without too much difficulty.
  • Okay thanks I’ll see what I can figure out. What threw me is the waste tanks working
  • If your panel is mounted on the lower, left side of the dash, it was prone to failure from new. It's easy to remove but getting the nuts back on when reinstalling can be quite interesting.
It never read the tanks very well, depending on how much stuff was left on the sides of the waste tanks.
You time may be better spent looking at an aftermarket tank/propane/battery monitor.
    SeeLevel is a popular brand.
