We are not on city water, just working off fresh tank and water pump. Our Tecna toilet is not holding water, when we try to fill the bowl, the water just goes down the drain. Any suggestions?
The discharge connection is possible straight through the floor or above floor using a 90° elbow (see Fig. D & E for proper hose alignment for each). Notes: Discharge Tube position in back of Tecma is critical. Pulling top of Tube below the water level in bowl during installation results in water improperly draining from bowl. Also avoid pinching or kinking hoses."
This was found on a downloadable manual at the following link. Over on the right side of the page is a reference to manuals, and the above came from the Installation and Owner's Manual, on about page 3 of 6. - bullydogs1ExplorerIf a Tecma toilet does not hold water and the black tank is showing almost full...the vent to outside is blocked off and all the water will go down....if vent to outside is blocked, then air can't get in to hold water in toilet even if tank is not full...Check outside vent and make sure unobstructed before going for any toilet parts..and trust me THEY AIN'T CHEAP!....

Al, does it get pumped down the drain, or gravity drains down. I ask, because the toilet is like a big P-trap (no pun intended), and water would at least stay up to the level of the top of the pump unless it is leaking from the pump. There is a check valve before it goes into the 2" PVC routed to your tank, but it should hold water in the bowl even if that was bad.

You haven't seen a Tecma toilet have you :)
any rv toilet that doesn't hold water, it is usually the seal at the bottom of the bowl, where it opens and closes to flush
there is 'debris' in there or the seal tore
turn off the water take your bowl brush, step on the pedal and scrub the 'H' out of that opening and the blade/valve
