Oregon does not require any license beyond a standard non-commercial class C (i.e. their basic driver's license) to drive any RV for personal use.
Only fifteen or so states require special license classes for large RVs. So long as you're legal for the state which issued your driver's license, you're legal to drive the RV in any state as there is mutual reciprocity for driver's licenses. (There is not reciprocity for equipment laws, such as overall combined vehicle length, whether double towing is permitted, when trailer brakes are required, etc.)
