RV's were coming in thinking first come and first serve and these tent campers already reserved the RV spots? I have no ill will toward tent campers but RV's couldn't get into sites designed for RV's? I really don't think the N.P.S. really cared because they had $$$ for the site. I'm not going to RV there anymore and that's my choice, but would like to know your take on this? I started RVing in 1976, prior to that I tent camped at Parks that had tent camping on grass not concrete out of respect for RVers!
Most places have tent camping that is less cost that sites for "RV's" that are blacktop. If a tent camper wants one of those sites, they pay extra. They have just as much right to the site as we do, same as we have as much right to the highway as they do. I bet they hate it when they're behind us on a hill. Does that mean we shouldn't be on the roads?
