Ours did the same thing and we replaced ours with the Aria Classic. Just after the warranty ran out the foot pedal mechanism broke. We had to have it repaired at our expense. They had to remove the toilet to repair it! The other manufacturer Dometic-Sealand isn't much better. The Aria Classic Hi Profile in bone matched the other configuration. The Aria Classic is on sale for $469 at PPL Motorhomes. We didn't find any other toilet that would fit. Dometic had one similar but it had the flush pedal on the right and we had a wall there so it wouldn't work.
