Things getting out of hand

Is there a list of services you can elect to have done or not done? I wouldn't have any of it done if you can do it yourself. If they have water, ask them how much to fill your own tanks. And why can't you load it up at the current storage yard, why do you need to take it somewhere else to stock it? Why can't you check your own batts and change your own water filters? Are you unable? I am really confused as this seems to operate unlike any storage area I've ever used. If I understand correctly, your house/driveway can't accommodate the RV to do trip prep?

Personally I would just find another storage place. And it doesn't have to be commercial, a farm with space, someone's lot, etc.
