Welcome to the Forum...I'll be blunt.
If you think you will be full timing in this unit, I think you will find yourself staying a lot with friends in their houses or in hotels.
Doing research like you are doing is a good idea, but don't get caught up with the unrealistic, "romantic" notion about what RV'ing really is or what it entails.
This unit might be a good project coach for someone with lots of handy skills, but not for a first timer planning on living in it.
