Shaftslinger, it's what you can't see that is important. The guy is asking $45,000? It needs $30,000 worth of repairs at least (in my opinion).
Personally, I like things in tip-top shape. You have cabinet doors missing, water damage on the bathroom cabinet doors. Missing closet doors, missing valances, a non working fridge, etc. Also a missing exterior ladder.
Just think what the chassis might need? I bet there are no maintenance records and the unit has 87,000+ miles.
If you could get it for $10,000, maybe, and I hope that you are chassis savvy.
At the age of the coach and if maintenance cannot be verified, I would change all belts, hoses, fluids will need to be changed along with an air dryer service and chassis air bag replacement. Even if they look good (check dates), you don't want a bag failure on the road.
I'm also wondering if the chassis was lubed all those years too.
The generator will need the same attention.
There is so much to consider with that coach.
