Guy says batteries and tires are new but that he thinks the issue with fridge is electrical as the wiring has splices in it. I'm handy so are the guys that work for me. I would fully plan on getting it cheap. Low to mid 30s , I own 50 single family homes and have rehabbed them all so I know how those things go.
