I don't really see how someone can look at a picture and see $30,000 worth of repairs. I would suggest that you take a certified rv inspector with you or someone that really knows motorhomes. Look at it very, very, closely.By the pictures it looks like it has definetly been very used, but cosmetics aren't the worst of it.
The engine, transmission, tires, servicing and lube, and the genset, frig, ac system and heat all need to be checked out. Some of these things are high dollar to replace! But check it out first before you run away, you just never know.
I'm looking at a 2007 DP that has been at a dealer lot for 8 months, and it's still sitting there as I just can't figure out why its still there. Price is good and it is in very good shape. I just can't get myself to commit.....
