I don't think this looks in bad condition at all for being 'rough'. You seem to be very handy and you could easily spruce up the interior.
I would have the mechanics thoroughly inspected by someone very qualified. If it tests out o.k., for your purpose of only using it a year or so, offer a lower price and you're good to go.
Travel Supreme was a quality manufacturer in its time.
From the pictures it certainly doesn't need $30,000 in repairs. Yes, it looks outdated but it is a 2005 so you need to take that into account.
As for the front bumper area, all that is is a scrape on a rock or tree stump. It's not major damage, just cosmetic.
You have to keep in mind that this is a 2005. It's not going to be perfect and look like today's flashy motorhome interiors. If it checks out and you're o.k. with the décor, go for it.
