I'm with Paul. Water damage is enemy #1 on a used C. Next most important is appliances. They are crazy expensive. Then you should confirm the tires are less than 7 years old. Tire replacement is a cost of about $1300. Load testing the batteries is a good idea and so is confirming alternator output.
