I had a Damon (Thor) Challenger 371 for 5 years and had no complaints with the unit. It was not a high end coach but nothing broke during my ownership and everything worked as designed. The only problem was some peeling vinyl on the seats that Thor would not offer any assistance with at 16 months of ownership. So no more Thor products. I purchased a Tiffin product due to their reputation of owner satisfaction, even with out of warranty items.
So Thor generally makes a decent product and covers repairs during the warranty period. However 1 day out of warranty it's all yours, Thor doesn't offer any post warranty goodwill to it's owners.
