FWIW, I have a 9 year old Thor (Four Winds is a division of Thor), and I have had no problems with the House part. Its on a Chevy chassis and the only problems have been the exhaust pipe came loose, easily fixed, and a couple of oxygen sensors had to be replaced. My mileage is about 45,000. My CCC is 2140 lbs.
