Thor vs. Born Free

BOUGHT THE BORN FREE!!! It was a case of love at first sight...the quality of the rig, inside and out, is incredible! I will pick it up at the end of the month! :B

Just bought a 2013 Born Free 24'... loved hearing about your experiences. I bought it in Tucson at Lazy Days and will pick it up at the end of this month!

there is no question that Lazydaze,Born Free,Nexus,etc are superior coaches. They also charge accordingly.

If you want the best mass market class c my opinion is the forest river

Sunseeker/Forester.

The difference between Thor and Born Free is between a large manufacturer, producing on an assembly line, and a small privately owned manufacturer, utilizing a 4 person team dedicated to building your individual, customizable unit. (Watch the Factory tour video on their web site.)

What we love about the BF system is that, for every calendar quarter that a unit has no warranty claims (within the 3 year bumper-to-bumper body warranty), that team gets a bonus. That's built-in incentive for quality work, and it shows!

Also, when was the last time Thor held an event for its owners? BF treats its owners as if they're family, with a Factory Homecoming rally at least every other year, and gives new owners a paid 1 year membership in the Leap'n Lions owners club (as well as a paid 1 year membership in CoachNet).

That's the reason why Born Free owners remain loyal!

Remember, you get what you pay for!
I only recommend what you should consider. The smaller Companies pay more attention to detail and use better quality components. I have owned my Born Free for the past 15 months and have been very happy with my choice.

I have a 23 foot (actual length)bumper to bumper.. BF.
Really like.
Also went to the LD factory. BF is better in my opinion.
All Flexsteel furniture, for example.
Plus I get a little over 10 mpg.
