Thoughts of this dealers policy on possible purchase.

WOW....25% dissatisfaction rate is pretty poor. What that means is 75% of the units that leave the lot are pretty good motorhomes. 25% have problems. You roll the dice to see if you get a good one.
There are other deals out there, I would keep looking, and find a dealer that will let you drive one. Get the feel of the motorhome and drive several, then you will know what feels right.
