Thoughts on a 2010 Freedom Elite 21 ft

One post you state recoated and another resealed...two very different things.

Recoating would be applying a liquid material over entire roof.

Resealing would be applying new caulk/sealant around seams and protrusions which is is totally reasonable on an RV that age, regardless of roof material.

Rubber roofs can be recoated, problem is why was this newer RV needing its roof recoated? And how bad was the leak and resultant water damage?

Dunno,,,said they saw a wet spot,,,never found the leak,,resealed,,,all is fine...Im leaning toward a Winnebago with the fiberglass/plastic roof,,,I have a bad feeling about rubber roofs

Saw a wet spot? That sounds a bit sketchy to me as well. But do realize, a fiber roof will leak at the seams just the same as any rubber or TPO roof.

Now I think it sounds like a very bad deal. Camping World last year was selling a new small Class C for $49,999. We bought our Sunseeker 2300 for that price new as well, but it was two years ago.
