Tiffin vs Newmar

one repeated issue front cap to dash seal when humid water condensed inside the dash water would seep from the top to bottom dash joint mildew formed inside the dash(this was when camping running roof air although it occured while driving the cup holder in drawer would fill with water) several attempts to repair were made(expanding foam sprayed in) the second issue the parramount awning was holding water (tney corrected this on the 2015 and said they would fix ours) when we returned the coach to the dealer the tiffin rep told me they were not fixing the angle on 2014 awnimgs anymore and to only use it when it is not raining, he told me they did everything they could on the condensation issue "it is the way thy put the new dash in". We had anotner issue of drafts blowing in the slide under the fridge an ajustment was made I was told (by the tiffin rep)"that is as good as it gets". Third issue light streamed around the bed room slides(both sides) when open. There was a gap between the slideout and the wall, the fix? Yep it was tape. No I did not take it to the factory and sit but I was told by the tiffin rep (not the dealer) that it was as good as it gets.The main reason I went with the Tiffin was the reported great service. I spent and lost a great deal of money it has a very big disappointment.
