Actually it is a pan hard bar, (track bar) the keeps the rear end centered between the chassis rails in the back. Due to the long springs, 42", and the large spring shackle bushings, the MH has a lot of force that moves side to side, but the tires are fairly fixed to the pavement, so you get the tail wagging effect. The pan hard bar prevents the side to side movement of the MH over the rear end, eliminating the tail wag. As mentioned, this makes a great improvement, and should be the first improvement made to improve handling.

I just got a 2002 Holiday Rambler 32ft vacationer a couple of months ago. I had never driven one before. The back end would move so much it totally had me wondering if I had made a mistake in selling my class c. I read up on it and it is referred to as "the tail wagging the dog" It described mine to a "t". I read up on possible solutions to this "wagging" I had an upcoming two week trip coming up and I was about ready to cancel due to this. I decided to try the tiger trac. WOW what a difference it made. It drove TOTALLY different. I just got back from my 500 mile round trip and I couldn't be any happier with it. I'm going to drive it awhile and decide if I need the front one. I bought the tiger trac from Tweetys. They were around $200.00 cheaper than anyone else. I received it in 2 days. It took my mechanic 3 hours to install it. Again, my coach drives completely different after it was installed. Good luck in whatever you decide.
