I just went though the same thing with our 1998 Four Winds 5000. Looked at all the deals out there, but decided to go with Crutchfield. When you buy a radio from them all the accessories are free and free shipping, and installation instructions for your exact dashboard. Also came with removal tools for your existing radio. I ordered a Kenwood with Sirius XM adaptor. Came with correct cables to match the radio and the Ford E-350 radio cable, and mounting and trim pieces. Made installation painless.
