Sorry, but tire plants don't produce the same tires day in and day out. The machinery can make a variety of different types and sizes and gets changed when needed.
In the tire plant I worked in, the only thing that didn't get changed every day was the molds - and there was always several daily mold changes being made out of the hundred of molds in production.
So the claim that they only make RV tires once a year is quite plausible. The production run might take several weeks, but they produce enough to satisfy the entire year's worth of sales.
Besides, tires don't age as fast in warehouses. They have wax coatings and antioxidants to protect the tires during storage. It's been said that any tire within 3 years of production is nearly the same as a freshly made one.
