TIRE BALANCING HELP NEEDED

If the coach didn't vibrate before the new tires, take it back and have them make it right. It's not like you bought used tires and get what you get. I sold tires for several years. Some are just defective, ESPECIALLY the GoodYear G670's. They've had nothing but issues with tread separations that cause exactly what you're feeling.

Tires this big need to be carefully centered on the wheel when inflating the first time.
I don't know about allowable tolerances but over a lb of lead in one spot means the tire has a lump of rubber or is out of round at least at that point.
We had new Michleins installed on steer axle. Too one ounce on one and none on the other. That was exceptional. I now find they need to rebalanced, which is not uncommon as the right fron seems to bounce a little.
That much weight on a semi that belongs to the company and not you might be alright but know no more than I do I think it would bounce a bunch.

Have turned many a tire on the rim for better success in balancing. Do as suggested, have shop turn the tire 180 on rim and give it a try.

Our 22.5" G670 tires were not round and couldn't be balanced. I had them removed and put on Hankook A12 tires. Made a world of difference. Smooth as silk.

295/80/22.5 front tires take 12 oz of Equal each.

I once owned a balancing business for aircraft engines and propellor's and did thousands. The system for wheels/tires operates the same in concept and identical in measuring. The system measures in inch's per second of movement or IPS. If the balancing system says you have .000 movement then you have none and that's a perfect balance. The scale goes from .000 to 1.00(one inch per second) or worse which is a lot of movement. If it we're me, I would have them pull the wheel and check it by itself. If it's within limits then put the tire on and see what it does. If it skews it way off then the tire is the culprit and I would check it for out of round. If 8-12 ounces of weight brings it to .03 or below thats acceptable. The closer to .00 you get the better. While it is true that the bigger tires don't magnify imbalance as much as the smaller ones, it is also true that any imbalance can sometimes excite the suspension and it can vibrate in harmony with the wheel/tire. I wold take it to a big truck shop that does this on a regular basis. Another critical point is that everything on the suspension must be right and tight;springs,shocks, bushing etc. good luck

After warming up the tires by driving a while, raise the front of the coach so the front wheels are suspended in the air. Then spin the wheels/tires and see if they appear to be "round". I had to have my front tires "trued" on the coach as they were badly out of round. I was amazed at the amount of rubber that had to be removed to make my tires round. The wheels were then spin balanced on the coach. This might be your answer if rotating the tires on the rims as described above fails to work.

Two suggestions: turn the wheels 180 degrees and try it. If that dont work remove all the weights. Normally rotating the wheels 180 degrees works. If neither works I would go back to the tire shop and have them mount a different tire, like Michelin.

Try Dyna Beads for a great balance. I run them in my MC tires and they work very well from motorcycles to semi's/ That might fill the bill for you.
