This is only 9" high so fits in my low-profile exterior storage. On at 90-95, off at 135psi. Haven't used it yet but confident with patience will do the job in the field; and can be used to blow out water lines. Like you said you don't want to carry around an elephant gun.
DEWALT D55140 1-Gallon 135 PSI Max Compressor"0.75 SCFM at 90 PSI". Don't know if that's good or slow, but at least they spec it.
For home use a larger compressor is in order, or air your tires way up at a station and bleed them down to the correct pressure in the morning.
