Tire Covers

Just got a new Class A. I kept the tires covered on our travel trailer. Does anyone cover the tires on their Class A? My thought is, they are regular vehicle tires and I don't cover the tires on my car and truck.

  • The Forman of a truck tire shop told me if RV owners would drive the RV 25 miles per month they would not need covers and tires would last much longer.
  • Yes, unless I was traveling. Then, if I stopped for a week or so, I covered them. But always when parked on my site in FL. Most in here do keep them covered, whether A, B, C or trailers.
  • Yes, all the time unless it is an overnight stop. If you search on the net you will find out why.
