Tire Replacemenr time
Looking to replace outdated tires 295-80R/22.5 Goodyear tires. If anybody has any suggestions on a good replacement I would appreciate any and all advice. thanks in advance for you info.

- If it were my rig I would head over to Les Schwab's and have Toyo's put on.
- I have bought the Toyo's on two different coaches. Seem to be a great tire at a lower priced than most other brands.
- Toyo on mine. Only 1500 miles so still early but certainly quieter than the Michelins they replaced.
- my last coach I put Sumitomo's on... they are the people who make Dunlop....without the Dunlop price...I was pleased with the solid feel & ride

What is a "brand name tire"??? Aren't all tires a "brand name"? I can't think of any that doesn't have a name. Color me confused!
On my previous coach, I swapped out my GY G670s at 35,000 mile due to severe rivering of the front tires....with A12 Hankooks for almost half of what a new set of Michelins would cost through FMCA.
On my new coach, it came with Michelin XRV. When it comes time to change, it'll be Hankooks.
Ron- I was checking some Kumho tires, good prices and sellers says it is a good tire. Michelins are probably the top for a smooth ride, it all depend on your budget.
- The Sahara still had the GY 9R22.5s when I bought it. Went with Yokohama 255R75x22.5. $2500 all in. Michelins would have been almost double that.
