Tires are usually changed every five years. On a motor home you will never wear out the tread. What happens the tire starts to get small side wall cracks and could blow up. I assume your coach is a gasoline motorhome, so the tires are not that expensive. You probably have 19.5 inch tires. Not worth blowing a tire and doing lots of damage to the fender well which would cost you thousands of dollars. The chassis batteries if they are the original and also the house batteries they are about to go out on you. I suggest changing them out also. No need getting stranded in some remote area if you do much traveling. Batteries vary as to how long they are going to last. On my diesel house batteries average five years. My chassis batteries vary. The original set lasted three years which were Allstate sealed batteries. So I bought a second set at Camper World two for three hundred plus installed and they only lasted three years. So the third set I bought them at Napa and they were also heavy duty sealed batteries but for a lot less then Camper World. Those Napa batteries have been in there now six years and are still going strong. But my point is that Napa sells a pretty good heavy duty battery for a lot less then Camper World.
Good luck on what ever you decide.
