"Have some cracking"
Have a pro look at 'em.. Some (minor) Cracking is normal, on a 2010 I would not think they need replacement yet.
However DEEP cracking.. NOT normal, and needs replacement.
And before you go to the trouble of posting a Photo.. I'm not skilled enough to read it, (though others may be).
