Tire wear
I am having some excess tire wear on the front tires of my tow car which is a jeep. My tire guy blames the fact that it is being towed. Have others had this?

The only time I've had a problem with my front Jeep Wrangler tires is when the steering wheel locked up one time. It happened someplace in about two miles making a lot of sharp corners and then a tight circle at the old WWII hanger at Watson Lake, Canada. Eventually found two new tires to match the almost new ones on the rear and haven't had any front tread problems since. That's probably about 15,000 miles ago.
