Arizona : Cattail Cove State Park, it's between Parker, AZ. and Lake Havasu City, AZ. the lake is a 16 mile long water resevoir for Los Angeles, CA. the Lake is split in half AZ. on one side, CA. on the other side. At Cattail Cove you will have a view of the water and looking across the lake at Mountains into San Bernardino County, CA. the campsites are very spacious with fire rings and you will be able to park your boat in your campsite. There is a boat ramp onsite and a bath house. All the sites have water and electricity. They don't have septic hook-ups, but the park supplies a blue boy for free to empty your tanks without moving your coach. The blue boys are at the campground host site. All the roads in the park are paved and each site is fairly level and paved. The south end of the lake is the deepest around 45' and the lake averages 35' in depth there is no speed limit on the lake and good fishing (Big Strippers) along with other water sports. 15 miles south of Cattail Cove (in Parker) there is a Indian Casino, Walmart, Safeway, gas stations, restaurants and hardware stores etc. in Lake Havasu about the same distance to the north there is the same but more. You cannot boat to the Casino in Parker due to the Parker Dam, but you can boat to another Casino across the lake from Lake Havasu City, and if you golf you can boat across the Lake from Cattail Cove to Black Meadow Landing, CA. they have a store and campground golf course. There is a store / restaurant next door to Cattail Cove it's called Sandpoint and lastly there is another restaurant and golf course that you can boat to at the end of the lake just past Parker Dam. Hwy. 10 in CA. then Hwy. 95 in AZ. will get you there.
