If it's next to your house is it possible to build a pole barn to park it under? Mine is under one when at home and it keeps sun, rain and tree drippings off it which helps preserve appearance and the structure itself. Not cheap but considering the cost of the vehicle, well worth it. Also have power and water to the structure.
If you go that route make sure it's wide enough to extend the slides if any. My pole barn was built when I had a large 5th wheel tow hauler and I have to park the current motorhome carefully to be able to open them.
