Toilet Flapper won't open up
Went to flush the Tecma toilet, the water went into the bowl but the flapper on the bottom did not retract to let everything out. What's the fix on this one ?

Interesting one. The pedal should be linked to the valve somehow. You are going to have to get down beside the bowl & see if something came disconnected.
