Toilet seats super loose in our '08 Dynasty Renaissance IV

Okay Monaco Dynasty experts. How do we tighten the toilet seats? Where is the access to the screws? Do we have to pull up the whole toilet? We tried going in thru the top on the back of the toilet in...

1. Some toilets you do have to pull to tighten the Seat bolts
2. Usually, if you lift up the seat to put pressure on the underside nut, you can then turn the slot/phillips screw tighter.
3. There is one toilet (not sure of the model) where you have to tighten on the bottom side nut, they have no screwdriver type screw on top.
4. WHY would you go to the Factory for this type problem???? Go to a RV Service center. Doug
