My 2 cents would be a diesel is the way to go but it depends on what your plans are for it. As Krivan stated is what can you afford if a catastrophic failure happened.I have seen repairs costs stated for lets say a head repair or a simple radiator repair cost $6k+ on diesels.I know that kind of stuff is rare but there are always the what ifs not matter what you get. Tires would be almost double the cost for a diesel coach versus the gas coach also. So its all depends on what you have to spend and have for the what ifs that may crop up.
