There really is no such thing as a high end Gas MH. They all use the same Ford Chassis with the same transmission. There are entry level ( read cheap) units and some good units. $100,000 in a diesel could get you a used mid level unit. Probably a C9 Cat or an ISC Cummins. An Allison tranny. 22.5 truck size tires. Air ride and air brakes. 40 ft. is no problem. Because of the higher GVW a Diesel will have more goodies and usually a 10,000 lb. towing capacity. 2 totally different animals.
