As far as the coach part, not necessarily. Fleetwood has entry level DPs that have vinyl floors, vinyl covered cabinet fronts, etc. My Expedition has vinyl floors, TPO roof and the same exact construction as their gas coaches.

No IFS or disc brakes on the cheaper DPs either.
