Tour Bus almost cut in two

If my link works, below is a photo of the sign from Google. There is a small section of guard rail there. I guess it was not enough to divert a bus from hitting the sign. That is one of the brand new sections of 99 too. Probably opened a year ago.

It was a large sign post that it hit. It's hard to see from the photos, but those signs normally are not just out on the side of the road like that where they can be hit. Normally they would be protected by a guard rail system that would be designed to direct vehicles away from the sign if they ran off the road there. So he must have taken those guard rails out and still hit that sign. That is actually about 10 miles from where I used to live.

Looks like the bus company had a lot of safety violations.
