Tow Dolly - Opinions

We used a tow dolly for over 10 years until we got our Honda CRV. For us at first it was an economic decision as we could not afford a new car at the time. We bought our first dolly off Craig's List, then sold it few years later on Craig's List for what we had paid for it. Then 2 years later we bought another tow dolly on Craig's List. It was a better dolly than the first one. We still have it in storage just in case we need to take a different vehicle than the CRV. By the way when we were towing we took either my Infiniti I30 or my mom's Chevy Impala. Using the motorhome pictured below.
