Towing rule for anything you're towing is to keep the tongue as level as possible when you're getting set up. Reason being is that when you start stopping, the force applied by the Toad (or tow dolly) should be in line with the towing vehicle. You don' want the force to be thrust upward id your tongue is pointing up or likewise pointing down (set too low). The theory that comes into play is tat (objects that are in motion, tend to stay in motion). So you have better control if aal the force is in-line rather than up or down.
