Does anybody have one of these: http://cartowdolly.com/ Do you have the surge brakes? How do you like it overall?

I have no experience or seen one of the tow dollys you are referring to. I am the 3rd or even the 4th owner of a roadmaster tow dolly. If I were to purchase a new one, it would be a roadmaster with electric brakes. This one is still as good as new.
