thinking of pulling a gmc terrain with a ford v10 powered class A mh. any thoughts or concerns I should worry about?

So I goggled GMC Terrain weight, they say around 4000 LBS. Thats good. Then I went to Romco RV Towing. They say it can be towed with speed and distance restrictions, see owners manual... Try remco for good information.
